Throughout my late teens and years through university, I worked a variety of retail jobs and found that I love working and engaging with people. My career in hospitality began just shy of a year ago when I started working in a local hotel back home in Co. Clare Ireland. I started off as a waitress but got to experience working in all departments eventually leaving as a duty manager to move here to London. It was a job I thoroughly enjoyed! It involved a lot of hard work and sometimes long hours but everyday was different and each day was rewarding in its own way. When I moved to London, I was interested and keen to expand my knowledge of the hospitality industry, so I decided to give recruitment and staffing a go. I am really enjoying my time here at Appetite4work and working alongside such an amazing team!
