Gabi Toniolo

I started working with hospitality when I finished high school and eventually discovered that I enjoyed working in the kitchen. I decided to study Gastronomy in order to learn more about the food world and ended working on several kitchens before moving to London in 2013. Straight away I started to work for a famous sandwich chain where I stayed until lockdown started. When things started to get back to normal, I still wanted to work with hospitality but in a role that I could have a better balance between family and work. Luckily, I found Appetite and I’m very excited to be working with such lovely people. Apart from work I study forensic psychology and I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family.
