Mauro Nonnis

I started working in hospitality at the age of 19 while I was studying. I quickly developed a love for the industry and kept working in it throughout the years in different positions from bartender to admin to restaurant manager.  My love for hospitality grew even more when I moved to London in 2015.  I worked my way up from Waiter to Assistant Manager in Carluccio’s and decided to move to Flat Iron Steak in 2018. Being an Assistant General Manager in Flat Iron was extremely rewarding and allowed me to grow my knowledge and expand my skills.   After years working in the industry, I decided to take a step back from the day to day running of the restaurants and I joined Appetite in spring 2022 as Staffing and Recruitment Assistant. This new rule felt like the right step in my career and Appetite felt like the perfect fit for me since the beginning.
