We’re really easy to deal with and we’ll always go the extra mile to make you happy. From placing your bookings to paying the invoice we want you to enjoy doing business with us. We have transparent easy to understand hourly rates and you only pay for the hours worked. Our phones are always on for whatever you need and we pride ourselves on making things happen.
Getting started
If you simply want to book staff for a one-off event you can do it here and someone will be in touch. If you are looking for a long term relationship then lets get talking. We know that your business is unique, and you will get one of our team dedicated to finding out all about it and choosing the staff that make you tick. We will spend as much time with you as you’ll let us so we can become a real staffing partner and not just another supplier. Rest assured we’ll never leave it to an algorithm to choose the right people for your business.
Looking after you
If you simply want us to send the staff and let you get on with it then we can do that – we’ll always be on the end of a phone or email for feedback or a general catch up. If you need us to be more hands-on then just ask us. We’ll come and check staff in whatever the hour, bring spare uniform, run training sessions and generally be at your beck and call. Every staff member will be meticulously briefed, so they turn up looking the part, knowing what they are there to do and capable of getting the job done. You’ll get a chance to submit feedback on your timesheet and add staff to your favourites list, so we can build you a core team.
Timesheets and invoices
We use smartphone technology to take away the pain of staff without timesheets and lots of bits of paper that can easily get lost. The staff member will ask you to confirm the hours on their smartphone – you’ll get a copy and so will we. If you have a lot of staff we can send you a link so you can sign them all in and out on your smartphone. Or if you prefer something else talk to us and tell us how you want to work. We’ll email your invoice every week for the hours you confirm – our friendly accounts team will work to get the invoice in a format that suits you.
