Mike started A4W in 2015 after an early career in Hospitality and Travel followed by 12 years with one of the national agencies. Mike's main role these days is setting the strategy of the business, client development and looking after the team. Day to day he’s still hands on at check-in’s and on site. Michelle has been with us since the very early days, Michelle joined us after a varied career spanning recruitment, sales and running a nursery! She’s now responsible for Client relationships. Business Development and the onboarding and integration of new starters.

Aaron joined A4W after 10 years working in restaurant management with some of the big names on the high street and some time in recruitment with another agency. Emily came on board from being administration manager for a local firm in Godalming. After a brief spell away during Covid we were fortunate to get Emily back to head up our finance department - making her the most important person in the business! She’s the one sending the invoices, paying everyone, and chasing payments!

Vilina started her career with an F+B internship in Miami before breaking into recruitment in 2019. After a break during Covid, Vilina joined us in 2021 quickly becoming an integral part of the team. Will honed his hospitality skills as an ambitious trainee GM at an independent pub, before moving onto manage and be the face of a high end community café in Surrey. Moving into Recruitment with us in 2022, Will now recruits Chefs across Surrey and Hampshire for a variety of great establishments!

James graduated from the University of Lincoln before starting a career in Hospitality working with Fullers. James spent 8 years working across several sites starting at the bottom and ending up as Assistant Manager of one of their hotels. Tom was actually one of our first ever team members back in 2016, picking up waiter and bar shifts whilst studying at Godalming College. After a varied career in hospitality and events across London and Australia taking in the Ned and Bondi Beach, he is now working in the front of house team in Godalming providing opportunities for great people across the South East.

Eleanor demonstrated a strong work ethic from an early age by taking on a part-time job whilst studying for her A-levels. During this time, she quickly developed excellent customer service skills, became adept at working within a team, and gained valuable experience in handling money. In her current position as a Finance Assistant, Eleanor manages both payroll and our busy helpdesk, ensuring that team members receive prompt and efficient responses to their queries.

Coming from an operations background, Jordan worked as an Event Manager for one of London’s leading caterers, helping deliver some of the city’s most prestigious events. Catherine graduated from the Institute for Contemporary Theatre, Brighton in 2023 and has several projects to her name. From an early age and during her time studying she also started a career in Hospitality working in several well-known bars where her natural warmth and ability to make connections led to her holding supervisory positions. Catherine is now looking after our busy back of house support division recruiting and providing Kitchen assistant and Porter roles.
