Two exclusive offshore venues, and remote highland castle offering exceptional luxury experiences to guests, many being high profile personalities.

The Brief

To source staff that had the fine dining skill set that were happy to work away from home on a rota basis off 4 on 4.

The Approach

A dedicated consultant, this was made easier by utilising some of our existing trusted team. A dedicated consultant worked closely with the head chef to ensure that staff arrived promptly to travel by boat to location, a lot of which could be weather dependent. To ensure that staff understood the brief that at times they may be on board for longer than initially booked if weather dictated.

The Outcome

A long-term relationship established with the client and two of our temporary team moving into senior permanent roles with this client. Due to the success of the offshore venue staffing the client also tasked us with staffing a remote castle in the Scottish highlands, again resulting in our team member taking lead of the kitchen for an interim period.
